Over the last month I found that Verizon customers in Manhattan who have been out since Sandy, areas of New York being given the option of inferior wireless or nothing, and whole areas of New York and the US that are not only being upgraded but are also being tossed under the bus.

 

We also have no idea exactly how the FiOS franchise is going as the Advocates' office just found that it's way behind schedule -- why is the data not public-- with details...?

This problem is not going away but going to get worse and the tech community could take a lead role in making sure broadband is ubiquitous, fast and affordable.
