Establish public wifi hotspot for every public building in the city. Wherever there is a public area, a publicly available hotspot should be available.
The city is sitting on some unused real estate in each borough. Leverage those spaces by creating empowerment zones, where new startups can launch without having a rent to cover.
Work to ensure the access and understanding of health insurance programs for entrepreneurs and startups. Help reduce one of the last barriers to people starting their own companies -- the fear or not being able to find affordable coverage for themselves and their employees.
